  • Open Support from the bottom of the sidebar to raise a ticket. Describe your issue and the team will pick it up — most tickets get a first response within a few hours.
  • Look for the ? beside any page title for a quick explanation and a link to the relevant guide here in the docs.

For anything urgent or account-specific, raise a Support ticket from your dashboard so we can look into it securely against your account.
