Agency Roster
Your roster is the collection of actors your agency represents. From here you can see each actor’s profile and identity status, and act on their behalf where they’ve authorised you to.
Viewing the roster
Section titled “Viewing the roster”- Each actor on your roster shows their professional name, their identity status and their registry reference.
- Open any actor to view their profile as casting directors and studios see it.
- A verified identity carries a trust badge, so you can see at a glance which actors are fully established on the platform.
Acting on their behalf
Section titled “Acting on their behalf”Where an actor has connected with you, you can help manage their licensing and bookings within the permissions they’ve granted. What you can do always reflects their consent preferences — nothing happens outside the terms they’ve agreed.
Adding talent
Section titled “Adding talent”You can grow your roster in two ways:
- Invite an actor — send a representation request and they confirm it from their side.
- Share an invitation code — give an actor an invitation code so they can connect to your agency instantly.
