Agency Communications
Communications is where you stay in touch with the actors you represent — both one to one and across your whole roster — while keeping a clear record of what was said.
Messaging actors
Section titled “Messaging actors”- Conversations are grouped by actor, so you always have the full thread in context.
- New messages raise a count in the sidebar and on the notification bell.
- Keeping booking and licensing discussions inside the platform ties them to the relevant actor and deal, which protects both sides.
Broadcasting to your roster
Section titled “Broadcasting to your roster”Use a broadcast to send a single message to many actors at once — useful for announcements, casting opportunities or agency updates. Each recipient sees it in their own inbox and can reply to you directly.
Keeping a record
Section titled “Keeping a record”Every message and broadcast is retained, so you have a durable communications history with each actor you represent.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Agency Roster is who you’re communicating with.
- Agency Licenses is where deal discussions ultimately land.
- Representation Requests is how those relationships begin.
