Project Planner
The Project Planner helps you shape a production before any casting begins. Map out the roles, scenes and schedule first, so that when you open the project for casting everything is ready and the requirements are clear.
Planning your production
Section titled “Planning your production”- Roles — list the characters you need to cast and what each one involves.
- Scenes — break the production into scenes and note which roles appear in each.
- Schedule — set key dates so casting and availability line up with your timeline.
From plan to casting
Section titled “From plan to casting”Once your plan is ready, open the project for casting. Your defined roles flow straight into submissions, and the likeness and voice needs you noted feed into licensing.
Keeping the plan current
Section titled “Keeping the plan current”Update the planner as the production evolves — adding roles, adjusting scenes or moving dates keeps everyone working from the same picture.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Projects is where a planned production becomes live.
- Casting Submissions receives the roles you plan here.
- Studio Licensing covers the rights your scenes will need.
