Studio Contracts
Contracts turn an agreed deal into a signed record. From here you draft a contract, send it for signature and keep track of everything your studio has in place — with reusable templates to save you starting from scratch each time.
Creating and sending
Section titled “Creating and sending”Draft a contract from a negotiation you’ve agreed, or start a new one. Set out the terms, then send it to the actor or their agent for signature. You’ll see its status update as it’s viewed and signed.
Templates
Section titled “Templates”- Save a contract you use often as a template.
- Reuse a template to create new contracts quickly, then adjust the details.
- Keep your templates current so the terms you send are always up to date.
Managing contracts
Section titled “Managing contracts”Review every contract in one place — drafts, those out for signature and completed agreements. Open any contract to see its terms and current status.
Related
Section titled “Related”- License Negotiations is where the terms are agreed first.
- Studio Licensing reflects the rights a signed contract grants.
- W3C Verification lets you confirm a credential is genuine.
