Casting Staff

Casting Staff is where you build your casting team — inviting colleagues to work alongside you and managing what each of them can do across your projects.

Inviting your team

Send an invitation to a colleague to add them to your team. They’re notified and join once they accept, and while an invitation is pending you’ll see its status here. Each member brings their own verified identity, so it’s always clear who’s on the team.

Managing access

Section titled “Managing access”

Set what each member can do — from reviewing talent and running auditions to managing projects. Adjust a member’s access as their role changes, or remove someone when they no longer need it. Changes take effect straight away.

Keeping a clear record

Additions, access changes and removals are all recorded, so you and your team share a clear history of who had access to what, and when.
