The Licenses page brings together licensing activity across every actor you represent — so you can keep deals moving and see at a glance where each one stands.

Reviewing a license

Open any license to see its full terms — the actor it concerns, who holds it, the permitted uses, the territory and duration, and the agreed compensation. Active licenses also show usage, so you can see how an actor’s likeness or voice is being used.

Keeping deals moving

  • Incoming requests for your actors wait for a decision; you can help progress them within the permissions each actor has granted.
  • Every grant is measured against the actor’s consent preferences, so nothing proceeds outside what they’ve agreed.
  • Changes are recorded, giving both the actor and the agency a clear, durable history.
