My Vault
The Vault is your private, encrypted store for media and documents — headshots, self-tapes, contracts and anything else you want kept safe. Nothing in the Vault is public unless you explicitly share it.
Uploading
Section titled “Uploading”Drag files in or use Upload. Images, audio, video and documents are all supported, and large files (like self-tapes) are handled for you. Each file shows its type, size and date.
Organising
Section titled “Organising”Create folders to group files by project, audition or type, so you can find the right take or contract in seconds. Star important files to pin them, and use the search and sort controls to filter quickly.
Sharing
Section titled “Sharing”Share individual files or folders with a secure link, and choose whether recipients can view or download. Shares can be revoked at any time, and shared items appear under the Shared view so you always know what’s out there. Deleted files move to Trash, where they can be restored before they’re permanently removed.
