Consent & licensing

Consent and licensing are the heart of Truly Imagined. Together they make sure your digital likeness and voice are only ever used in ways you’ve agreed to.

You set consent preferences that describe, in advance, the uses you allow or refuse. These act as a standing filter: every request is measured against them before it ever reaches you.

A license is a specific, agreed permission: a defined use, for a defined party, over a defined territory and duration, usually for agreed compensation. Nothing is implied — if it isn’t in the license, it isn’t permitted.

Each grant, change and revocation is written to a tamper-evident consent history. That record, anchored to your verifiable identity, is what makes the whole system trustworthy: there’s always clear, durable evidence of what was agreed.

You can decline any request, negotiate terms, and — where the terms allow — revoke a license you’ve granted. The platform’s job is to make your wishes enforceable and auditable.
