Projects
A project is the home for a single production. Each one holds the roles you need to cast, the applicants you’re reviewing and the licences you agree along the way, so everything for a production stays together.
Creating a project
Section titled “Creating a project”Use New project to start one. Give it a title and a short brief, then add the roles you need to fill — each role can carry its own description, requirements and licensing needs. Once your roles are defined, you can open the project for casting.
Defining roles

- Note the likeness and voice rights the role needs, so expectations are set up front.
- Set how many performers you’re casting and any audition requirements.
Managing casting and licensing
Section titled “Managing casting and licensing”- Track submissions and progress applicants through your casting rounds, per role.
- Move shortlisted performers into licensing once you’ve agreed terms.
- Keep an eye on each project’s overall status from your dashboard.

- Project Planner helps you plan roles and scenes before casting.
- Consent governs how an actor’s likeness can be used in your project.
