Agency Staff

The Staff page is where you build your team — inviting the agents and staff who work alongside you and controlling what each of them can do.

Inviting staff

  • Use Invite to add a new agent or staff member to your agency.
  • Each person you invite takes a seat in your agency; the page shows how many seats are in use.
  • Invitees receive an invitation and join your team once they accept.

Managing permissions

Section titled “Managing permissions”

Staff members have permissions that govern what they can see and do — from managing the roster to handling licensing or communications. Adjust each person’s permissions to match their role, and remove access when someone leaves.

Keeping permissions tight means everyone has exactly the access they need and nothing more.
