Invitation Codes
Invitation Codes are a quick way to bring people into your agency. Generate a code, share it, and the recipient connects instantly — without you having to send an individual request.
Generating a code
Section titled “Generating a code”Use Generate to create a new invitation code. You can produce codes for two purposes:
- Inviting actors — an actor who enters the code connects to your agency and joins your roster.
- Inviting staff — a code that brings a new agent or staff member into your team.
Sharing and managing codes
Section titled “Sharing and managing codes”Share a code directly with the person you’re inviting. The page lists your active codes, and you can revoke a code at any time so it can no longer be used.
Treat codes like keys — only share them with people you intend to connect with your agency.
