Auditions brings together the audition rounds from every project you’re casting in one place, so you can schedule, review and progress performers without hopping between projects.

Scheduling

Set up audition rounds for the roles you’re filling and invite the performers on your shortlist. Each performer is notified and can respond from their side, and you’ll see who’s confirmed, who’s pending and who has declined as replies come in.

Reviewing performers

Work through each round and review performers against the role. Every performer carries their verified identity and the consent terms governing how their likeness and voice may be used, so you’re always reviewing against what’s actually on offer.

Progressing performers

Move performers forward, hold them for a later round, or release them — at your own pace. As you progress people, the project updates and the studio follows along from their side. Every decision is recorded so everyone shares the same history.
